Spring Meditation Retreat

Join me for the Living In Flow - Spring Meditation Retreat. 

Relax, renew, and recalibrate. 

Gathering on Friday afternoon, we will step into a welcoming and safe space that will support you to have comfortable weekend getting better aquainted with your inner self.   

Our time together will provide a variety of meditative experiences and practices including 

• shamanic journeys, 
• mindfulness practice, 
• moving meditation, 
• food meditation

all designed for you to relax, renew and recalibrate.   

The intention of the weekend is to allow you to relax, renew and recalibrate. Spring is the time of the equinox, the balance between night and day. The focus of the weekend will be to make space to find balance in the fresh air and land of the Blue Mountains.

Open your creativity, indulge in a healing sound bath, and enjoy a range of nourishing vegetarian meals lovingly prepared by our caterer Ashil.

All levels of meditation experience are welcome.  

You will need to bring your own bedding for the weekend. All the details will be provided in the weeks leading up to the retreat.

Cancellation Policy: We understand things come up.  If you need to cancel your registration please let us know as soon as possible.

You are able to cancel your registration within 14 days of the start of the event and receive a full refund.    If you cancel within 14 days of the start of the event, we will provide a refund of 50% of your payment.

If you do not attend the retreat, no refund will be provided.

Should you develop a medical condition that could impact the group, please contact us as soon as possible.  If you can not attend due to a medical condition, we will refund your payment less a $100 administration fee.

Please note, the event ticket fees and credit card payment fees are non-refundable.
