About the event
Three nights and four days in the Blue Mountains to honour the grief that is sitting on your heart. The Grief Retreat is an experiential retreat centred on building a safe and honouring community, ritual, movement, creativity, sound, nature and reflection. This is not therapy or an educational workshop about grief. It is an invitation to make space for grief. To perhaps reconcile with grief. And to discover what may emerge alongside it.
