Group Meditation Session

Join Peter for a deeply supportive and transformational 6-week group program designed to help you strengthen your intuition, deepen your spiritual practice, and reconnect with your inner clarity.

This circle is ideal for beginners, as well as those who are seeking more grounding, insight, and connection in their life. Each week, you’ll be guided through practical, interactive, and intuitive experiences in a warm group setting.

Each session is interactive and responsive to the people in the group. Peter will incorporate the intentions of participants and work with each person individually within a supportive group environment.

​What You’ll Explore:

Over the 6 weeks, we will explore a range of areas to support your psychic, emotional, energetic and spiritual development.

 

Psychic Development

  • Identify your intuitive senses and learn how to strengthen them

  • Be introduced to oracle cards, tarot cards and dowsing

  • Understand brainwave states and how they support intuitive work

  • Build trust in your own symbols, impressions and inner knowing when receiving information for yourself and others

 

Personal Practice

  • Develop simple practices to support your growth between sessions

  • Explore tools such as journalling, dream work, movement, breathwork and meditation

  • Strengthen your connection to yourself through regular spiritual practice

 

Addressing the Internal Self

  • Explore shadow work and golden shadow work to understand what may cloud clarity and intuition

  • Be introduced to inner-child work as a way of developing greater emotional awareness and responsibility

  • Learn to better recognise what is coming from your own internal world and what may belong to others

  • Use meditation, mindfulness, shamanic journeying and other practices to quiet the mind and access deeper knowing

 

Energy Work

  • Be introduced to energy healing in a grounded and experiential way

  • Practise offering energy healing to others in a safe and supported environment

  • Begin building confidence in working with energy as part of your spiritual practice
